PROJECT JUICE : 1 DAY CLEANSE

Como quizás sepan, si me siguen en snapchat o instagram, amo los jugos! siempre que puedo me hago unos batidos para desayunar! así que probé un día de jugos detox de living juice, para limpiar mi organismo y resetear mi cuerpo, así poder empezar de 0 y vivir mas sanamente! 
para el día limpiando mi organismo hay 6 jugos, empece tomando un te de limon, luego tome  el primero a las 10 am, así cada 2 o 3 horas seguí con los otros 5! en realidad todos me gustaron! les recomendaria a todos hacer un detox para empezar de nuevo, para eliminar las toxinas acumuladas en tu cuerpo y limpiar tu organismo! una buena experiencia que intentare hacer cada mes!

Últimamente he comprado algunos esmaltes de uñas, y los colores que me tienen encantada son estos de la marca ESSIE, son en tonos pastel, muy invernales, colores muy suaves, en tonos azulados violeta.
los dos que son mis preferidos y no los cambio por nada son estos: LILACISM y FIND ME AN OASIS. son perfectos para ahora que viene el invierno!

HAIR BEST OF

Desde que descubrí esta maravilla no la he dejado de usar, de verdad es mi favorita al hablar de pelo.

este aceite es de verdad mágico! es un aceite de argan L'oreal que te deja el pelo hidratado y brillante.

te lo puedes aplicar con el pelo húmedo o seco! yo siempre después de lavarme el pelo me aplico  algunas gotas y me encanta! primero por que no es de esos aceites que te dejan el pelo excesivamente brillante que hasta parece sucio, te lo deja con un brillo muy natural, segundo que es muy fácil de usar y solo necesitas  tu pelo y este  aceite!

Desde que descubri estas bandas de limpieza para poros, no he dejado de ocuparlos! he comprado diferentes marcas pero BIORÉ es mi favorita, este en especial, destapa completamente los poros, deja mi piel mas suave y es muy facil de ocupar y rapido. te humedeces la piel, aplicas la banda esperas 10 minutos y !LISTO¡ asi de facil y rapido!
